   Proposal Description:
   Research Question:  To compare clinical characteristics of subjects with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and its subtypes according to sources of recruitment.  MCI subjects from the Alzheimer???s Disease Centers Program with data contributed to NACC will be compared to clinical characteristics and outcome of MCI subjects recruited for clinical trials such as the Alzheimer???s Disease Cooperative Study and the Alzheimer???s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative and to population-based studies such as Mayo Clinic Study of Aging.      Specific Aim 1:  To characterize the clinical features of subjects diagnosed with MCI and its subtypes from the NACC database.  Demographic and clinical performance measures will be described.    Specific Aim 2:  To compare the clinical outcome of subjects diagnosed with MCI and its subtypes by etiology (if available) in the NACC database.
